Electric blue

A covering of snow today and Baltic cold. Took 4 cattle to St Boswells mart . It was an interesting drive until I reached the main roads. The gritters don't come round our way until everyone else is done. Then I had to stop further down the road as one of the cows kicked 3 of the side vent flaps off the trailer and stuck her legs out the side. Had to persuade her to put them back in,then walk down the road to retrieve the flaps.By the time I got there,I was 3rd last on the ballot.
Went to my mechanic pal's on the way home and we fitted some box section along the gap and straightened and re attached the flaps.
Eventually made it home by 4.30pm ,just in time to blip the last of the sun set.
