Head down, pedal up

Went for another spin on the trails tonight with Seal in an effort to get fit in time for winter when things get a bit tougher up the mountains. I had a brill time but hit the wall midway through the black run and never really recovered, something not helped by me not yet having my own bike back from the bike shop and lady sp33ds steed being way too small for me.
