Take Christmas home

Finally, add some shortcakes on top of the pudding to take home as my family and relatives all like shortcake which is similar to a kind of Chinese round shortcakes popular when I was a little boy but rarely seen in shops nowadays. I find it online and it seems to survive there. It has a slightly savoury taste compared to the sweet one in Scottish shortcake.
