Dusting.......
The SBG finally crashed out at 9.45pm.....they were up and at it again at 5am.
Thankfully I'd remembered to pack, and use, my earplugs, when I went to bed. Therefore I only got woken at 7.
Despite their lack of sleep, they lasted another visit to Granny and Grandad, before we jumped back into the car and started heading back down the road. Overnight the weather had turned wintery. Most of the hills were covered in snow, and several roads were white and icy. I'm glad I did my driving stint the previous day.
The SBG had some snacks, and all three were crashed out within half an hour of being on the road - which made for a peaceful drive through the hills, and the opportunity to take some photos from the passengers seat. A leisurely stop at Mhor Tearoom in Callander to stretch our legs and get a caffeine hit was welcomed, and then it was Winnie The Pooh audio book to keep us going down the road.
Weary and cold, the only thing for it was a hot bath and into my jammies......bliss!!
This is the view out Iain's sister's front window. I would and could never tire of seeing this.
