Transition ...

My son is in a period of transition ... between boyhood and teen, between living in New York and returning to Sydney, between being carefree and toughening up.

I'm torn between wanting to keep him exactly at this most gorgeous, trusting, loving stage, and excited to see him grow into the man he will become.
