OOPS!

Up and away sharpish - for us - for Mother to attend an optometrist's appointment. Posted a couple of Christmas things to family in USA and then paid intense interest in our morning coffee.

Later a drive along John Wilson's Drive to see what we could see. Got out of the car to photograph the vacant wind swept beach arching round to St.Clair in the distance and noticed this wee fellow hanging on tight between gusts of the wind. He seemed fairly tired as he struggled to get to a nearby flower and was immediately blown back down into the grasses.

Sun just coming out now so the loaded washing line should dry before night fall. More rain forecast for tomorrow. Come on summer show your real face Pleeaase!!
