Memories

Many years ago I decided that, rather than collect random "things" from our vacations, I would bring back a Christmas ornament from each place. This time of year I have the joy of remembering the places that we visited as I decorate the tree.
(And I don't have to dust more"things" throughout the year- another huge plus!)
This is the newest ornament - we spent a long weekend in Santa Barbara this year.
The beach was perfect - cool and clear- and we walked for miles with the dog.
A great memory.
