Goodbye and Good Luck!

One of my gym friends is moving back to her native South Africa, so in honour of her last session, we had a lot of fun doing tricks and posing for photos!

I've had a funny day. I've felt a bit flat since Friday, and dare I say it, a little bit anxious all over again. It will pass.

I took myself to Windsor for a browse. Well, I intended to buy some Christmas presents, but ended up buying a lamp for my house, and a new coat in Superdry! The coat did cheer me up though, and it was 20 percent off which helped!

Fun at the gym with the girls was also a good distraction, and I felt good when I left.

I do hate Monday's though ;-)
