Self indulgent I know.

a. Because they are more expensive to buy this way but they are supposed to be tastier

b. It's still a long way from Christmas

But I LOVE sprouts.

The down side is, I tried a recipe I found - do I sound like some follower of one of the 'far too many' cookery shows on the tellybox? - for creamed sprouts with dinner this evening.

And they were a hit with Mrs DD so I suspect they may be with others over the Christmas period.

Better buy in a crate or two.
