Thinking Chocolate - Fig & Sherry Torte

Remembered I had another slice from last weekend in the fridge. This is from the amazing chocolatier on London Road? near Meadowbank shopping. It was absolutely gorgeous, so dense, you can actually see it's absorbing the light here!
