All day in a training course at work, receiving rather than giving for a change.

I generally hate courses with a passion (because obviously I know everything already, right?), although this one was quite good. I still managed to hit a brick wall late morning though and suffered that awful sleepy-head-dropping-down sensation, where you feel everyone is watching you nod off, and you promptly look around all alert as if to say "me, sleep? no way!".

Afternoon session spent dreaming of holidays, and other things I probably shouldn't be dreaming about. Suddenly it was 5pm and time to park up on the M25 for half an hour.

An educational day.
