Success!
Maybe not a big success but I like the wee ones as well. Normally if I bake bread (from scratch, not from a packet) it turns out like a brick. With the consistency of a brick. But courtesy of a proper mixer and a 'foolproof' recipe from supercook Gwen I actually turned out something that looks like bread & tastes like bread! Maybe I can revisit me long list of failures. That'll keep me busy!
