Alexandria Taxi

The taxis in Alexandria have the same distinctive black and yellow livery as those in Barcelona. I think there's a connection but I can't remember what it is.

This one is completing the long 5 hour journey to Cairo from Alex with its laden roof rack and the driver has just stopped to ask a policeman for directions at this busy roundabout near Tahrir Square.

I've spent most of the day editing and feel as if I'm making good progress. I do like these working Sundays when Dd's at school and none of my western clients want attention! I know I may be struck down for such a comment but once or twice a year doesn't do any harm, and I do take Fridays off.
