I spy another dog

The weather has been v mixed today with real downpours of rain, sleet and hail. In between, the sun has shone, so we managed a dry walk late morning. (High winds are forecast mid-week!)
Hector has spotted a dog whose owners are careful at keeping her away from other dogs as she is not always to be trusted. Hector always knows which dogs are about as he scans the green!
