The Cornish Pasty
I thought this was a giant bumble bee when I saw it from a distance at the Outlet Village I visited today, but as I got nearer I discovered they were selling hot Cornish Pasties. The smell was divine, but I wasn't tempted.
The traditional Cornish Pasty was carried to work by the tin miners and fishermen of Cornwall many years ago . It was like a whole meal to keep them going through the day.
I can remember Echo taking a shot of one of these for her 365th Blip. It's her Birthday today, so very appropriate!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ECHO!!
