A Bit Like Christmas

We tell ourselves we're scaling back every Christmas.

This is day one of the tree being up.

There is more materialist consumerism to be placed beneath.

Some days I just can't even...

Tree looks alright though, and we and the kids had fun decorating it.

Large is more consumerist.

Flickr is even MOAR materially consumrist.

And I love the way missy signed this painting she did with her new art set (present from one of the girls at her party) "artest" - just so's there's no confusion or doubt about it. ;)
