Window View

View through one of the windows at Customhouse Cafe/Restaurant where we partook of coffee this day. The ship has been moored for many months whilst the Harbour board tries to get what is owing financially from the Russian shipping company.
Even the sailors haven't been paid and are being accommodated and cared for by various charities, local businesses and private citizens. Not a very nice predicament to be in. Cannot leave - no money - and cannot stay - not immigrants!
