Early start for the London Winter Championships. Joe swam 50m, 1500m and 400m freestyle today, with the 200m and 100m tomorrow. I watched, shopped and dozed.

Meanwhile, Chloe was at another pool completing her final assessment as a judge. She passed! We're all so proud of her! None of the swimming competitions we go to could take place without volunteers like her to officiate.
