Cycling over the river

Took this on our way back from dancing. Must have cycled around 12kms today, and only coughed once and typically it was while I was trying to have a serious grown-up conversation with someone about future volunteering work for Blaine, and there I start coughing, spluttering, turning redder in the face, my eyes tearing up and trying not to pull any 'funny' faces just because my ribs ache with every cough!!

I think I will just stay in bed tomorrow he he he (good excuse).
