Refreshed

After last night's rain everything looks new and refreshed. This gum tree started flowering close to the bee hives and in the afternoons you can hear the buzz of the bees.

First 2 days back at work went well although I was kaput by the end of them. Next week will be a full week with the kids Christmas concert at the end so we will see how I go.

Finally managed to walk 3 km. First time since the op and a feel great. At the beginning of 2013 I started a 'Virtual Walk/Run' from home to see how far around the coast of Aus I could get. My records are not fully complete, but today's walk takes me to Ballina, on the East Coast of NSW. That's a total of 551km.

Just for an update, my route went from our property Oakdale through Narrabri, Bingara, Inverell, Glen Innes, Tenterfield, Casino and Lismore to Ballina. Next stop Byron Bay
