In the spotlight

Last day today for Olivia and mummy and daddy, they are off home in the morning, so we all decided we 'd go shopping.....or that was the plan, BUT, silly grandma, with a little help from some very fast little fingers, managed to key in the wrong code on our safe, so we couldn't get our money out! Then we had to wait for an engineer to come and sort that out.

Me and hub stayed behind to wait, and we decided to eat a caramel chocolate straight from the fridge, and guess what, mid chew, it pulled my crown out!!!!!

Quick dash to reception, a call to a local dentist, who kindly came to pick me up in their little van......re-cemented in my crown, brought me back to the apartment just as the engineer had sorted the safe out, and then we continued with our day, as if nothing had happened ;-)

Later in the afternoon, Olivia, mummy and daddy took the little train back, me and hub walked back on our own and stopped off for a quick cocktail.

Whilst we were sat gazing out to sea, the sun created a pool of light around these two small boats, which I thought looked quite surreal, as though they are about to be beamed up maybe?!
