Big day

After over 4 years the repair of our house is really underway with the new foundation going in. Touch and go as the concrete was supposed to go in from this morning, but the engineer didn't come. Finally came round lunch time, then the concrete trucks arrived but not the big pump truck. Finally at 1 30 everyone needed was there and away they went. It has to be done in one pour so will be finished tonight. Amazing to have it happening. Next big step when the house comes down onto the new foundation, hoping for before Christmas, but not counting any chickens!
