Wild Boar! Wild Boar!

Found these sausages made with "feral swine" in Common Market. Not quite bangers, but better than your common or garden hot/sweet italian or brats. They went great with peas, mash and gravy!

Will be biting the bullet, paying my $50 shipping and stocking up with a freezer full of the real thing next week from the English Pork Pie Company :)
