Mostly chocolate

I'm getting a cold. Sigh. I've done so well this year not to get ill, I thought I'd successfully evaded it. Oh well..

Above is a chocolate cake for a shared first birthday for a little boy and girl. I made his baby shower cake when his mum went on maternity leave. Scary how fast time has passed.

Then there is a salted caramel and dark chocolate ganache tart with fleur de sel. I'm a bit sad I won't get to try it all together. But pleased with how it has turned out.

Lastly was my dinner. Chicken ramen, in the effort of feeling better.

Now I'm snuggled in bed with L.B. I am small spoon :) silver linings!
