A long ride down the unpaved part of the canal that runs through farmland and nearly to Fountain Hills (my goal) when I was blocked by a fence that claimed to be electrified and though I seriously doubted the veracity of the sign, I opted to turn North until I ran into and was blocked by the Salt River Reservation which, as it turns out, is adjacent to a sod farm.
