Felt the need to wrap up warm today. Heating on and the electric blanket is warming nicely. It's the small things.

Busy day doing odd jobs and considering how to best approach operation Mouseproof - a very cheeky wee bugger strolled across my carpet last night at about half eleven like it was his bedroom. Not amused. The landlady has traps ordered.

Brilliant dinner in town with Jess, very lovely to see her and catch up on all her news. Exciting stuff in the offing for her!

You can tell I'm a little rusty at this photography lark. Must do better.

Today is my wee cousin's 20th birthday. Happy birthday Ellen! What a star she is.
