Here comes the night time

Another boring day at the office. Good yoga class at lunchtime. I was looking at my old diaries today and see that I have been going to the same yoga school for the last 15 years, and I still can't stand on my head or touch my toes. However, I like to think about how more inflexible I might be, if I hadn't been going!
