Here we go round the Mulberry Bush

Are the words etched around our fruit bowl and some of the following words of the Nursery Ryme are .... On a cold and frosty morning but there wasn't one this morning.

After feeling wretched yesterday I seem to have rallied somewhat, went to work and have survived ..... Must have been due to the hot toddies and Vit C which you all kindly recommended yesterday!
