Getting Better

Well I've had the most amazing day x
I've stepped back into work, I've been near in suffering panic attacks even thinking about it but.... Today I just plain old did it x

It felt good, I've missed it and didn't realise I was missing it if that makes sense x

Jay is on the mend xxx so all in all a positive day x
