Gingerbread House

Firstly thank you all so very much for the lovely comments hearts and stars on yesterday's cranes - really thrilled that so many of you liked it. I waited ages for any birds at all to fly high enough to get the moon in shot too. To say I was willing them on their flight path was an understatement!

Already the Christmas lights are going up around us. Probably my most dangerous photo to date on the way home: standing on an unlit country lane with rush-hour traffic screaming past either tooting, though I was on a path or giving the camera on my tripod wind wobble so apologies. Hey - not everyone can be a winner and I'm not going back out to re-do it with a different lens and flashing mac! Read that carefully!
