Romantic evening...

...not!
Today's rolling blackout took me by surprise - we do have an area schedule but it's confusing as these power outages don't always happen on schedule! Sad that in summer when less power is being used, the grid can't cope - but let's just say "no comment"
Hubby scored tonight as I had just made a savoury tart which was going to be frozen to be eaten next week - he had remarked that I always made these tarts for guests, never just for him, so guess what he had for supper!
Two hours later we have lights so life is back to normal - I rather enjoy the quiet when the power is off.
