Time Out

Went to see the local ice hockey team play today and the ice rink in Basingstoke. It's only the second time I've been to an ice hockey match - I really know very little about the game, but it is immense fun to watch. This is a an image quickly snatched from my iPhone - there's no way I'm bringing my DSLR in to an ice rink with flying hockey pucks!

This is the Basingstoke Bisons in a time-out with 30 seconds of play left to go, while they were down 1-3. It looked like they pulled the goaltender (I'm assured by Google that an ice hockey goalie is not a 'goal keeper') to add another attacker (again, thank you Google for explaining what happened to the goal keeper erm goaltender.
