Typical Thursday morning of physio. This time I got the main physio to have a look at it. Diagnosis: Infrapatellar Burtsitis. And in layman's terms: the small sac of fluid sat below the knee cap which lubricates the movement between the tendon and bone has become inflamed. Next session I will be getting an ultra sound on it to see if there's anything else in there.

In the afternoon I headed down to Princes St Gardens to watch Kevin Magnussen, Jenson Button and Mika Häkkinen race around the gardens. They were there to raise awareness about drink driving and a new initiative by Johnnie Walker to not drink and drive as the new laws come into place this week.
