Walkway has opened again

We haven't walked this section of the Water of Leith walkway for a long time as there have been restoration works going on following a landslip on one side of the path. However, we were delighted to find this morning that the repairs were complete. There were lots of birds around this particular section. Saw a dipper, and was confident to identify goosanders after the Water of Leith Conservation Trust commented on an Instagram video clip I'd posted the other day. Very helpful!
