Warning!!!

I had a letter a couple of months ago telling me my dishwasher may be in danger of fire? The numbers given were checked and didn't comply with any of them, hence I ignored the letter! Last week I received another letter this time the numbers given did comply! The engineer came today only to be told mine was ok?? He explained that some numbers cross ( whatever that means. !!!! ) and because every one is very careful re litigation all are checked. The engineer said unless you take a look inside the door and see whether the offended switch is there it is hard to tell, it is according to the year it was made. Result is good so I'm lucky, at least I don't have to call the fire brigade any time soon????
