This is a picture of my moms homemade taco's. The shells have been homemade when my great grandmother wa salive and has been passed down generations. Taco's are a big thing for our family and we always had them on family gatherings. We don't eat them as much now but they are a big thing for my birthday and my mom alwyas makes them for me then. I hope one day the recipe gets passed down to me and hopefully i can get it right and dont mess it up. I want in to be soemthing everyone can enjoy and I can pass it on to other people to enjoy also. I hope everyone will enjoy them as much as I will. The shells are really what's special I think you could put whatever you want in them and they would still be good. Even thought they are better if you don't add any kind of salsa or sour cream. In the inside we add a mix of hamburger, tomatos, diced up onions and velveta cheese melted on the inside makes a perfect combination. There is a burst of flavor in every bite.
