Rudolph the Red-Nosed Cupcake

Our village baker is selling these wonderful decorative cupcakes again this year, so this one just had to come home with me this morning. I shall have him as a special treat this afternoon. They were also selling meringue snowmen, but they were just a naughty step too far!
