South Waikato sunset

Such a different morning from yesterday. Clouds everywhere. I managed a couple of photos while running and anticipated choosing one this evening. Spent the day doing the locum work in the EPI team.

After work we packed our bags into the car and headed south to Rotorua, where along with a colleague I am resuming (tomorrow) the review started quite a while ago. On the drive down the sun sank lower and lower, and south of Matamata (now at real risk of being called Hobbiton, due to the activities of a certain NZ film director), I stopped the car and got this photo.

Late arrival at the hotel, but in time for a meal. Now connected to the hotel wifi and am posting this. Large is better

Realised when I got here that I had neglected to pack running gear. Did put in the shoes. I doubt that running unclad will be either warm enough or socially acceptable. I can see that a purchase is going to be necessary tomorrow.
