Dreaming of a far away place?

I had a most enjoyable day! While mr Spikes went off to see all the planes at the museum I went for a walkabout and met up with MummaHen who was so kind to show me a few of her fav places around Wanaka. After a lunch at the most delightful place we went off foraging in the recycling area, had a look at the absolutely amazing views around their new house and went spotting some shags and ducks at a local waterhole. Later today I want to go and check out the grebes again, and THE tree!
