Life is better ..,.

When it is shared with people like Harpeet and 'Red Dawn.' Harpreet is the proprietor of the 'Angels Share' in Hitchin where we went for our 3rd whisky tasting. An excellent host who just happens to make (correction, whose wife just happens to make) the best curry you have ever tasted and 'Red Dawn', a fascinating lady whom we met for the first time this evening and with whom we shared a drink, a curry and a story or two. It's evenings like this that make you feel glad to be alive. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and am looking forward to doing it all over again in January. So much so in fact that I am probably going to arrange a family night out at the Angels Share as a farewell event for Harry before he returns to Australia on the 6th January.

P.S. Red Dawn asked me to point out that she and Harpreet are not a couple despite looking very good together :-)
