Blue sky day

A good day. What a change from yesterday's gloomy drizzle, today the sky was a brilliant clear blue. Had a productive morning, then took a train into London for a business lunch at Bentley's Seafood Restaurant, just off Regent Street. Yummy food and a stimulating discussion.

The Christmas decorations in town are looking pretty, but it's a bit soon to be blipping gaudy festive lights, so I resisted.

My daughter was keen to see the new Hunger Games: Mockingjay 1 film this evening, so after work we headed to Bluewater for early supper and an Orange Wednesday 2-for-1 cinema deal. This was on our table at Yo Sushi, where she ate and I nibbled, with little appetite left from a very good lunch. Creme brûlée included!
