Guess where I've been??

Today I went to the gym, early morning step class, quite exhausting. I think I need some new trainers!

Out for lunch with friends, mine & Roys lunch was awful, the lamb shank was as tough as old boots, it would have been too embarrassing to complain as Mike & Felicity were paying for the lunch. Roy, however, did have a quiet word with the staff on the way out. I feel cheated as I was so looking forward to a nice Sunday lunch.
