Mexican Nativity Scene - Gift from Eleanor Hall

My Christmas decorations begin with the Nativity scene and a wonderful real tree. For many years, since I was a small child I have had the stable my grandfather built for me when I was just a little girl, along with the plastic animals and nativity scene. My mother-I-law, Eleanor Hall, has given me her pottery Mexican nativity scene she brought back from Mexico many years ago. I will treasure it, as it has a folk-like simplicity that I find charming. Family pass down gifts with history are so special!
