Advent study

I went for a run this morning, dull, cold, windy, not pleasant at all. But that was as good as it got as during the day it became worse so that by the afternoon it was sluicing down and dark so very early. We did manage to squeeze in a walk in the evening which alternated between drizzly rain and heavy downpours.

That made it challenging for a blip - a challenge I didn't really rise to, although the idea was interesting I thought.

Spent the morning on paperwork; sorting, shredding and throwing away, then doing some prison contract work and finally finishing off the Christmas letter. I just had enough time to prepare dinner before setting off to do battle with the school runners to get to a Governing Body meeting. A 2 1/2 hour slog, which although purposeful was not interesting at all.
