Alice in Ottawa

Is that just me who gets an Alice in Wonderland feeling of this? I haven't yet seen the movie (which I think is more dark, is it?) but this is based on my childhood experiences of the tale. I remember seeing a movie which was full of the color orange!
Ottawa has houses like this everywhere. I'm planning on spending some sunny Sunday afternoon walking around the neighborhoods, photographing the houses, and having lunch at the Wild Oats, an organic & vegetarian cafe where I went yesterday for a beetroot and portobello mushroom sandwich. Yummy!
