The road home
I had an appointment in Stow-on-the-Wold this afternoon; it was a lovely afternoon (in contrast to the last time I went), so afterwards I pootled back through Donnington, Snowshill and Chipping Campden, stopping every now and then to take some shots. I thought I already had my blip of the day - several of those earlier pics might have made it to the journal - but as I made the final turn towards the village the sunset was at a stage I couldn't quite resist, so here it is: the last of the 50 shots I took today.
The other thing that happened today is that having pondered the pros and cons for a while now, I suddenly thought Well, it is almost my birthday! and I've ordered a 10-18mm zoom. I'm quite pleased about it.
