Just a few of the jars of Marmalade.

Well I achieved my aim; but what a mess. Turned my back for a few seconds and the pan boiled over and I ended up with a pretty sticky mess. Don't think my ceramic hob will ever be the same again. Despite kitchen floor having been washed several times can still feel the odd sticky bit. Last time I make marmalade!!!
