Tree Trimming

All the years I lived in Scotland, I clung on to the German tradition of not putting up your tree until Christmas Eve. After moving in with my boyfriend and getting married, we compromised and put the tree up half way through December. Since having kids, I've given in and we've gone all out British with tree buying & trimming in early December.
