I needed to get my head together today so I took advantage of a beautiful morning to sit on the canal bank, blow the cobwebs away, and have a chat with the ducks.
They're around here somewhere.
My sleep patterns have been severely disrupted by the shenanigans of the past few days. Some parts of my brain are still not functioning properly.
Somewhat refreshed, I returned home to tackle what seemed like the mountainous task of catching up with all your blips. All was going swimmingly until I took a break for lunch. When I resumed the computer refused to start up. For a while I thought that I had a serious problem. Neither son was available to help, and probably wouldn't have been inclined to anyway. I was chuffed when I eventually got it working, all on my own.
