Jet

One hyper Labrador collected from the kennels. He leapt out of the car and had a manic chase around the house. He didn't settle down until he had been on a run to burn off his excess energy.

I did not take much persuading to don my running kit and head out through the woods. The sun even came out and after a dry cool continental climate it was good to see some clouds scudding across the sky.

Jet raced up and down the castle moat chasing sticks before we headed across the fields and into the woods. He is now curled up in front of the fire.
